When Should we RSVP by?
Please RSVP by May 25th! Our hotel will stop saving rooms in the room block on May 25th!! Please contact 218-750-4333 if you have any questions, comments or concerns! Thank you!
Is there a room block?
Yes! We have set up a room block at the AmericInn in Virginia. When you call, just mention “Blaeser Wedding.” All rooms must be booked by May 25th to ensure you have one. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about booking your hotel room. If you have any issues with the reservation line, just ask to be put through to the front desk and they can help you with the room block.
Room rates are $121 a night for a standard queen or $157 for a 2 bedroom suite. Transportation will be provided to the venue from the AmericInn.
AmericInn is Approx. 10 mins. from the venue.
Departure from the AmericInn: 3:30 & 4:30.
Please be on time for transportation.
The 4:30 time is primarily for the wedding party. Please go earlier if you are able.
What should I wear?
Semi- Formal Attire... We want you to look great without being too casual or too formal!
Please avoid wearing white unless you are a flower girl or the Bride.
What will we be doing for dinner?
We are offering a buffet style dinner for the wedding. When you RSVP, we are asking for your meal preference so we know approximately how much we need to prepare.
Our buffet will be BBQ style with pulled pork, Beef Brisket & chicken carnitas. Water, Lemonade & Juice will be available all night.

Will there be a seating chart?
We are assigning tables, but not specific seats. We are doing a buffet style meal so assigned seats are not necessary. Each table will seat 6-8 people. Please let us know if there is someone specific you want to sit by or not sit by.
Are Kids welcome?
Yes Of Course Kids are welcome! Almost 1/3 of our guest list are kids, but we are being very strict about the number of people able to attend. If there is someone in your household that was not included on your invite, please reach out to us and let us know so we can try to fix the issue. DO NOT BRING ANY UNINVITED GUESTS PLEASE.
Will Drinks be Included or will there be a cash bar?
Both! All Alcohol has to be provided by our venue so we are going to provide each adult of age with 2 drink tokens. After those 2 drinks, cash bar will be available for guests. Transportation is provided to and from the venue if desired. There are 3 potential pick up or drop off locations for the shuttle. The AmericInn In Virginia, MN is the main pick up and drop off location.
