Yes! Almost 1/3 of our wedding guests are kids. But we are strictly limiting our guest list to 100 guests so if there is a kid NOT on your invite, please contact us before you bring them! We cannot take unplanned guests.

Sort of! There are 6-8 people per table. But we are not requiring specific seats. Please contact us if you would like to sit next to someone specific. we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

yes! we will have 2 room blocks set up. One for the AmericInn in Virginia and One at the Super 8 by Wyndham Eveleth. Transportation provided to the venue from both hotels and back. Super 8 is across the street from the venue. AmericInn is Approx. 10 mins. from the venue.

Both food options available on your RSVP are just options to let us know how much to prepare. there will be 2 buffet lines (tentatively). one for adults and one for kids. There will also be specially cooked meals for any dietary restrictions. Please let us know if you have any other questions about the food.
